Challenge: 

Resolutn is a new innovative web application that's designed to facilitate negotiations between insurance adjusters and plaintiff attorneys. For MVP, there was the task of creating a comprehensive suite of tools for information gathering and the ability to streamline negotiation flows, eliminating the need for in-person meetings. In addition to the web application, Resolutn required a marketing site to effectively promote this new market product. 

Solution:

I have meticulously designed an unparalleled user experience that caters to the needs of both parties involved, ensuring a seamless path to resolution. The user dashboard serves as a central hub, providing easy access to all essential information, including documentation, negotiation status, claim details, and more. The cornerstone of this application lies in its innovative double-blind negotiation UI, which introduces an element of gamification where both parties submit their offers. In cases where negotiation is not reached on the platform, I designed an end-use case solution to facilitate settlement before resorting to in-person meetings. Our aim is to empower users with a comprehensive and efficient platform that streamlines the resolution process while delivering a user-friendly and engaging experience.
